The world is in sore need of more managers like this guy. It seems like too often we're encountering stories where one fed up employee ended up taking a pro revenge on a lousy manager who had it coming. Well, this manager deserves nothing but high praise. Sounds like the dude is an absolute pleasure to work with, and also doesn't bother taking any sh*t from the Karen customers of the world.
