Coworker's Atrocious Vegan Lasagna Gets Shredded By Triggered Twitter Users

roasting a vegan lasagna

Vegan lasagna is a hell of a way to describe salad. Is that really what it's come to? Even Stouffers doesn't want this vegan lasagna madness. Naturally, Twitter users were chomping at the bits to further roast this mess of greens into submission.

White Woman Whines That She Was "Lectured About Slavery" In Her 2-Star Review Of A Plantation

twitter social media ridiculous reviews racism FAIL - 8999429

As far as ignorant reviews go, this one ranks at the very top. This woman clearly has a whole lot of learning to do, and maybe she'll realize how far off she was with her assessment of the plantation if she gets wind of people's reactions on Twitter.

Woman Bails On Funeral Of Her Boyfriend's Mom For Vacation, Internet Tears Her A New One

woman asks reddit is she's a bad person for not going to boyfriend's mom's funeral

Yes, you done messed up big time with this one. As far as "Am I The Asshole?" threads go, this one was just glaringly obvious. You're going to bail on your boyfriend in arguably one of the toughest times of his life for a vacation with the family; and then have the audacity to ask whether or not you're an asshole for doing so? You are quite lost. Quite lost, indeed.

That being said, if you're looking for some more juicy "Am I The Asshole" drama we recommend you check out a recent post about a bald bridesmaid asking the internet if she was a jerk for not wearing a wig to a particularly unruly bridezilla's wedding.

Bad Stock Photos of People's Jobs are Terrifically Inaccurate

People on Twitter share inaccurate stock photos of what their jobs look like.

If being a brain surgeon was as easy as putting a stethoscope up to someone's disembodied brain, then sign us up for a nuerosurgery position. As it turns out, trying to depict someone's entire profession in a single stock image is really hard to do. Or it would be, if it ever seemed like these people were trying. Sometimes they're not just inaccurate, sometimes stock images are really weird

Selfish Cheapskates Whose Boldness Knows No Shame

Cheap people selling and buying stuff and also demand free things.

For whatever reason, whether it's desperation, maliciousness or stupidity, tons of people have no problem expecting free stuff. There's people demanding too much money for their crap, companies asking for a career's-worth of experience for a free internship, and folks offering pitiful amounts of money for the crap they want you to do. Even some children and squirrels are getting in being choosing beggars.

Boss Instructs Employee To Guard Spill, So He Does It for Hours

Guy's boss tells him to stand by spills so he does that for a very long time.

Big retail chains can have a lot space for people to fall through the cracks, like this guy who got hired but was never told to do anything and stayed on for months. Anyway, retail and customer service is a drag, and we feel for those who get backed into a corner by an incompetent boss.

Stuff Deaf People Were Surprised Made A Sound (Or Didn't)

Things deaf people thought made a sound or didn't.

To the uninitiated, the world is noisy as hell. There's all kinds of whirring and beeping and chirping. Often, deaf people are surprised to find that things make a sound. Then there are some things that deaf people don't expect to make a sound, like this kid who was shocked to learn that farts make a sound. When you think about it, it seems like the sun should make a sound, shouldn't it?

Lousy Liars Failing At Selling The World Their Load Of Lies

A collection of liars getting called out online for trying to tell the world their lies.

As long as the internet's been around we've had people trying to get away with telling their lies. There's just something about the internet that convinces people they'd be able to get away with their lies, without ever getting called out in the process. Fortunately we've still got a fair share of truth seekers around ready to try and chip away at all the BS that seems to surface online.

Employee Refuses To Kill Office Spider, Co-Worker Can't Stand It

Employee asks people on Reddit if they're a jerk for refusing to kill the office spider even though one of their colleagues were scared of it.

This employee has a soft spot in their heart for spiders. When it got tense in the office with another co-worker over their refusal to kill the spider, they stood their ground, and successfully defended the life of the creepy crawler. Sounds like the co-worker is about ready to quit after this.

PowerPoints Argue For Letting Someone Touch A Person's Butt And Boobs

A couple PowerPoint presentations make arguments for why a person should let another person touch their butt and boobs.

Someone took it upon themselves to put together a couple PowerPoints intended to make compelling cases for why a person should let someone else touch their butt and boobs.

This should absolutely be a TED talk.

Parody Announcer Narrates Diving Fail Better Than Any Announcer Could

Bob Menery does parody play-by-plays that feel so accurate you think you're listening to the genuine article before it becomes glaringly obvious. Anyway, this one seems to capture the spirit of doing this bad in a diving competition.

Tinder Pickup Lines To Get Laid (15 Images)

A collection of pickup lines from people on Tinder just trying to get laid.

Your Tinder game is as good as your inventory of icebreaking pickup lines. The last thing so many people that use the dating app seem to do, is actually take their matches seriously. But at least we get to enjoy all the botched attempts and shameless immaturity.

Bully Crush Gets Coldly Ignored 10 Years Later

Woman whose crush bullied her 10 years ago pretends that she doesn't even remember him.

Don't they say the best revenge is living well? In this case, that revenge was making it seem like they were living well without even having a spare thought for this guy's assy-ness. Didn't think crap that happened in school could have a sequel? You'd be underestimating how petty people can be, and the depth of satisfaction said pettiness can bring.

Twitter Thread On Fonts Is Actually Fascinating

Twitter thread on fonts and the history of typing, as well as modern application of that language.

We're as surprised as you are. You wouldn't think a topic as dry as typesetting and fonts would actually be interesting, but since using some sort of a keyboard is something almost all of us do every single day, the history and language behind it is actually really interesting. The internet is host to many intriguing discussions on language, like this tumblr post about figures of speech, or this thread on translation. Or for some straight up language wins and fails, here are some uses and misuses of the english language.
