Funniest Coworker Memes for People Who Don’t Care Abut Being the Least Popular Guy in the Office

There are about a hundred different kinds of coworkers. There's the ancient coworker, the one that's been there 20+ years, nobody really knows what he's doing but nobody will dare ask, even one of his bosses. He's probably asleep right now. Then there's the new coworker, so full of energy and ambition. When they get hired you think it might be nice to have some youthful and optimistic energy in the office, but then you begin to find yourself getting unbelievably annoyed by each of those things. There's the lazy coworker that knows exactly how to do the minimum amount of work without ever going above and beyond but never slipping and getting on the boss's radar. Then there's the noisy coworker who basically just uses work hours as gossip time. They really want to know everyone's business and overshare their own as well.

Whichever category you fit into, we think you'll enjoy these memes.

This collection of the top trending relatable memes from Reddit's r/me_irl subreddit will remind you of the highs and the lows of dating - or actively not dating - while single. They say you can't have it all, but I beg to differ. Anyway, the point is that with the ever-changing rollercoaster of single life, you just have to laugh at a certain point.

'Now we are both sugar babies': Mom gets called out for being a hypocrite

This mother-daughter relationship became toxic when the Mom started accusing her daughter of being a sugar baby while she too would get showered with gifts and money from her current boyfriend. This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit by u/Former_Wafer4400, who opened up about her Mom's hypocrisy.

Now, before we get into the details of this particular dynamic, we just want to clear the air and say that there is nothing wrong with being a sugar baby. To sugar daddies everywhere: please don't stop giving gifts because of any stigma. Sugar babies still want nice things!

Anyway, as far as this situation goes, there are some simple solutions that could help avoid further conflict. Now that the Redditor is 22, she should consider moving out if she hasn't already; that way, she won't have to deal with her mother's constant side-eye. Furthermore, while we do love gifts, perhaps her boyfriend could be more subtle about the way in which he gives them to the Redditor (i.e. not when Mommy Dearest is around). Just a suggestion from one wannabe sugar baby to another!

We've seen plenty of mother-daughter fights. For more, take a look at this stepdaughter who threw her phone out the window to prove a point. Keep scrolling below for the original post and for some of the best comments!

Security Guard Fired, Immediately Begged to Work Remaining Scheduled Shifts

What is it with employers firing people and then immediately realizing that they need their help? You might think they would have considered that before firing in the first place or, maybe, just don't fire people unreasonably if you're already short of workers. Is that too much to ask?

This story was posted to Reddit's r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit by Reddit user u/kayasha, who shared their experience on the popular sub. The story received positive responses from readers.

"It's fascinating how they thought it was your problem after you'd just been fired," commented Hal_E_Lujah.

"It's funny how many companies are entirely aware of and have statistics for their turnover rate, and yet somehow never seem to compensate for it. The only way 1 employee out should have enough effect to the point of getting screwed is if the employee accounts for 50% or more of the staff," responded gordonsp6.

'If you want to see me in the morning, walk to the couch, there I am': Snoring husband requires partner to sleep in his bed

If you snore and take over the bed you forfeit the right to request your partner to sleep with you every night. This married couple is having a different kind of problem in the bedroom. While everything else in their relationship seems to be going smoothly, the one bit of conflict comes when the lights go off.

The facts are these: one partner snores. A lot. He also hogs most of the bed after he falls asleep and refuses to change his ways. It's gotten so bad that the other partner sneaks over to the couch each night. Not only does the snoring one refuse to take steps to improve matters, but also he gets sad at the idea that his partner is no longer the first thing he sees in the morning when he wakes up.

Honestly, that sounds like the price he has to pay for not wanting to change. It's just like the Redditor explained in his thread on Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit, a post he wrote at 2 am while his partner was in the next room - you guessed it - snoring up a storm: "if you want to see me in the morning, walk to the couch, there I am."

We recommend that the original poster gets a bed of his own, has his husband pay for half if not all of it, and if it's really that important, each morning Snoring Husband can crawl into Non-Snoring Husband's bed for morning snuggling. If that's not enough to satisfy the Great Snoring Giant…too bad.

We've seen other instances of couples fighting over seemingly small matters. This man-child was tricked into thinking his wife's cooking was his mother's.

Son Destroys Terrible Father's Pension By Getting His Mother What She's Owed

This son told his tale of epically nuclear revenge in which he managed to completely destroy his father's pension.

Most of us would consider ourselves fortunate not to be the spawn of the "Canadian Satan" or the "Satan" of any other nationality for that matter. I had always thought that that whole Satan thing would work like the Highlander. You know, "There can only be one" and all that -so I'm surprised and impressed to learn that there are "Satans" of different nationalities. I can only wonder what a "Canadian Satan" would be like… I'm imagining that he probably hates maple syrup and never says "Sorry" for anything, even if he has something to be truly sorry for.

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/prorevenge subreddit by user u/astakask, who shared their story to the sub with the title "I was able to simultaneously gain a 30k per year pension for my Mother while wiping my piece of shot father's retirement."

'The company sent me this invoice...': Employee receives invoice from employer after quitting without giving two weeks' notice

There have been a lot of stories floating around the wider web about people quitting terrible employers without giving notice. As you might imagine, it is taken with varying degrees of reception, with reactions ranging from calm to off-the-wall. When you're trying to run a business, it's never easy to fill in gaps on short notice, not ever helped by the fact that owners/executives generally require their companies to be run on as few staff as possible to save labor costs.

There's certainly a hidden cost to understaffing; it can rush you into making a hire you wouldn't have otherwise made, and not having the extra hands on board can cost you sales and clients or reduce customer satisfaction. Employers generally don't worry about this when pushing lower labor percentages but will always suddenly wonder what's gone wrong when more employees quit and it starts to affect the bottom line.

This employer attempted to reduce that hidden cost by passive-aggressively sending their former employee an invoice for an "emergency staffing fee," sparking discussion in this viral online thread. The poster elaborates that the employer was the owner of a doggy daycare, which makes the mental images all the more hilarious.

Blue Collar Workers Clap Back After TikToker Rags on People Who Don’t Go Number Two at Work, Saying They Need to “Grow Tf Up”

(Warning, lots of graphic discussion about going to the bathroom ahead.)

Not everybody has access to a nice climate controlled restroom they can use on their boss's dime. Have you ever wondered where construction workers go? Huh? I bet you never have. What about the plumber working on your house's plumbing? He's not using your toilet obviously, because he's the one putting that toilet in. Most of the time blue-collar workers only have access to a couple or port-a-potties that the entire crew is using. That means there is a pile of number 1 and number 2 in there either festering into the most disgusting soap in hot and humid weather, or it's frozen solid just there waiting for somebody's bare as$ to get stuck to the seat and trap you in the smelliest heII hole. A TikTok who obviously does not work blue collar and didn't even consider them posted a TikTok video that has gone viral ranting about people who don't go number 2 at work, saying that they need to "grow tf up." Blue collar workers are now responding saying they will not grow tf up and how about you try and drop a deuce in a horrible plastic bathroom box like that?? Check your bathroom privilege, people.
