Brother Informs Brother's Girlfriend That He is Married to Their Mother, Results in Their Breakup

This brother issued a warning to his brother's girlfriend to let her know what she was getting herself into. He laid out, in a brutally honest way, that his brother was essentially married to their mother. This led to the couple breaking up and the brother blaming his brother. 

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AITA (Am I the A-Hole) subreddit by the brother, u/AITApreciousmom, who is wondering if he was in the wrong for the comments he made to his brother's girlfriend. 

Readers seemed to think that he wasn't in the wrong for causing an abrupt end to his brother's relationship as the benefits of the service he had rendered to the girlfriend had resulted in net benefit.

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/prorevenge subreddit by a since-deleted user. It was posted to the popular sub with the title "My principal tried to get me fired so I got her fired from the district." and earned 14.8k upvotes at the time of its posting.

Commenters questioned the authenticity of the story in the comments, which may have been what led the user to delete their account.

"Yeah IDK it sounded believable till the end," said memeoi. "Then the comic book stuff happened which sounds like a movie."

"I thought the onstage presentation, with the principal going onstage and getting a shoe flung at her was a bit much." replied mermaidpaint.

Despite this questioning of the authenticity, readers still very much enjoyed the story and the thread quickly became one of the most upvoted of the month it was posted.

This story was shared to Reddit's r/pettyrevenge subreddit by u/night-otter who claims to have borne witness to this incident of revenge as it occurred that fateful night. 

My headcanon is that they know exactly who did this vigilante justice but will take that secret with them to their grave.
