If you live in a big enough city, you likely have someone you refer to as "mowhawk guy" or "piano lady" or "roller blading guy." In this case we have a guy straight out of a Def Leppard video. If anything, this guy inspires feelings of nostalgia for the 80s and 90s. Every city has its own cast of local eccentrics who dance to the beat of their own drum. People manage to name their kids some pretty awful things. People also manage to legally change their name to some wacky crap, as well as get insane names printed on official documents. Either way, we're glad that among all of our own problems, having the silly name like "Itch E. Ballscracher" isn't one of them.
