The ol' dihydrogen monoxide gag has been a mainstay of internet culture and beyond for years. The only thing better than that first aha moment of getting it the first time is duping other people with it. This person takes it a step further with their 7th grade class. For some serious teacher cleverness, here's a teacher who used gummy bears to fight the power.
If you have skeletons hanging out in your closet, it's probably best to not make it your personal mission to get an employee terminated over a whole bunch of nonsense. In this case, the employee did a little research on their old senior manager after being fired, and ended up learning that the senior manager had a bit of a troubled, secret past. Suffice to say, that was it for the senior manager, and the employee ended up being offered their gig.
Food is one of the great joys of life. But when it goes wrong, cursed food can quickly become one of its great terrors. Sometimes we eat stuff that sucks to be polite guests, sometimes we don't realize what we're eating is gonna be bad, and sometimes we're just stupid. At least when it's over we have new insight on the worst things we've tasted.
It's hard for many of us to consider spending an entire paycheck on a cake or an ice maker, but when you think of all the money you spend on things that you don't even remember, maybe it's worth it to have a pleasant memory. While these ended up being decent expenses, some people get some extremely bad financial advice that is irredeemable. It'd be nice to have a taste of these absurdly expensive things people witnessed.
As human beings, we're all very familiar with dumb moments of failure and stupidity. People do and say stupid things as if it's their job. Whether it's arguing with Buzz Aldrin about the moon landing or getting keys stuck in an armored car, the bar lowers every day for facepalm moments from humanity's best and brightest.
This is probably a deal breaker. To go for two years without divulging something as big as your living expenses to your partner is just a level of broken trust that I just can't see a relationship recovering from. He has every right here to walk away without regrets. It must really hurt to realize that your partner was secretly wealthy and just pretending to commiserate with you the entire time you were struggling on unemployment.
Honestly sounds like something that could be covered in a modern Seinfeld episode and not for good reasons. Totally the AH here.

It's easy to overlook a potentially destructive error. Any one of us could have accidentally installed that toilet in the center of a room or chose Disney font for a funeral home.
