This clever boyfriend outdid himself. He managed to photobomb his girlfriend for a month, by taking engagement ring pictures, without her having any idea about it. When Twitter User @kiiiiimberly_, asked her partner what the label on her tampon meant, and they failed miserably, it went on to inspire a movement. Women everywhere started texting their partners, and asking them what the labels on their tampons meant; and literally nobody seemed able to accurately guess what was going on. At the very least, they deserve some credit for their effort and creativity.

For the uninitiated, the president's map of Hurricane Dorian Had an extra piece added on with sharpie to corroborate his belief that Alabama would be affected by the storm. A spokesman from NOAA ensured reporters that Alabama would not be affected. The internet took the sharpie stunt as an example of the President's commitment to baseless assertions, and had some fun with it.

Every few years, government officials and experts come out and try to say how weed is 10 or 20 times stronger than it was a few years ago. Even using some grade school math, we're left with pretty astronomical figures on how potent weed is supposed to be. Activist and author Dana Larsen put together a short thread on how strong it would have to be today if everyone had been telling the truth.

This retail worker found themselves in the middle of a heated confrontation with an entitled customer. So, they handled the situation with a beautiful play of malicious compliance. They proceeded to offer them a "senior discount" and that's when the fireworks really started. Turns out the customer wasn't a "senior." Apparently it was worth the write-up, for the retail worker.
