People are asked to make stuff all the time, and sometimes there's more stress that something gets done than if it gets done well. That can lead to some pretty dumb design fails that didn't go as planned. Every day someone does a bad job, and every day there are more design failures that didn't work out.

Entitlement can really be something else. Something similar happened when this entitled college slacker demanded a classmate's notes and got denied.
