If you've ever worked in retail, been in the service industry, or have walked down the street, you've probably witnessed an infuriating time someone went full Karen. Someone displaying Karen behavior will act entitled, demand to see the manager, lie and scream to get what they want, however trivial it may be. Sometimes it doesn't work, like this time Tech Support called Karen's bluff and deleted her website or this time Karen lied about an eviction and lost in court.
