Total Stranger Wants Website Built For Free

The world as we know it operates under some guidelines, with an expectation that folks are maintaining social decency. Choosing beggars would seem to operate under a different set of self-encouraged rules. They approach otherwise peaceful negotiations and sales, with belligerence and irrational demands. Take this lazy roommate who morphed into one giant excuse whenever the utility bill showed up. Now that's infuriating.
