This employee deals with cases of entitled and angry customers by pretending to get fired in front of the customers. It sounds like it's a prank of sorts, done so to maybe make the customers more aware of how they're treating people. You'd think that most people wouldn't feel too hot about being mean to someone just doing their job, right before they lose said job.
