Let's be honest, it is really frustrating getting the wrong order when you go out to eat. Obviously, we are only human and we all make mistakes from time to time. It's not fair to lose your cool on a teenager working at a fast food joint when they give you extra pickles instead of no pickles. They heard the pickle part at least! They're doing their dang best, they probably can't even drive yet. Kindness and empathy are crucial to have n mind when dealing with customer service workers in general, fast food can only be served so fast, those are real people operating the machines after all. If you want your food within seconds, try a vending machine.
But this story… Well, there really isn't much of a defense that can be made on behalf of the fast-food restaurant. This woman went to Zaxby's and ordered chicken fingers, all was good until she began to dip in and noticed a bizarre consistency. We'll let her tell you herself.
