Things That Dissolved People's Interest In Their Crushes


Someone on AskReddit got a fun thread going about the things that just killed their interest in a crush. Sometimes we dream someone up to be a certain way, and they end up acting in another way that completely dissolves that prior lust. Lust is a strange beast, indeed.

I simply told to my crush (my best friend at the time, we were 14-15) that I had feelings for him: he is straight but received that quite well, of course saying that the feelings weren't mutual. It really didn't effect the friendship to be honest, simply telling him kinda made me get over that.
