Mysterious, Squirming Black Substance Sends Twitter Into Tailspin

So, this unsettling video of a mysterious substance that bears a striking resemblance to that alien goo called Venom, surfaced. People on Twitter were sent into a panic-fueled spiral. Everyone was rushing to figure out what this could be. Some folks kept the jokes rolling, and ultimately it looks like it could be something called the Bootlace Worm. At least that was one answer provided. We're not sure though.

Text - Gezel Steph @iamgezel_ Replying to @xsyedz and @sunnyarkade According to technology.com, when provoked, it releases a high concentration of venomous mucus which would paralyze potential predators, giving it enough time to retreat to safety. Maybe not for humans, but that in itself is a superpower!

Basically you normally see them that size but sometimes they join eachother to make bigger ones. They are very rare to find. They have been known to cover at least 2-3 making them go psycho, hear things, and get controlled. 85 L7 996 8.7K @EarthyArchetype · 10h If you have leisure, would you care to elaborate for me? l'm interested & couldn't find additional information about it. 15 27
