Sometimes you have that one friend that needs to be taken down a peg every now and then. Being an entitled know-it-all is a real problem. You're just trying to have a casual conversation with your friend and they respond to each one of your sentences with a, "well actually…" It's SO annoying. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you should probably reevaluate yourself, because you might be that annoying know-it-all friend. Know-it-alls lead to arrogance and arrogance leads to entitlement and then it's just too late from that point. So really, when you're shutting down that know-it-all friend from being a know-it-all, you are truly helping them. It might be awkward, but the closer friends you the easier it is to just shut it down with one quick word.
