All this customer wanted was to have everything given to him before he paid for any of it. Is that so unreasonable?
Yeah, kinda. It also didn't help that when he was given a very logical explanation for why a nutrition and fitness plan isn't exactly something that has guaranteed results, he decided that he was being talked down to. By all means, take things as personally as you want to. For another unreasonable customer, here's a low baller who refused to pay for an artist's completed work.
