Company Won't Correct Misspelled Name So Customer Refuses To Pay, Gets Corrected Instantly


Isn't it interesting how once money is involved, people become a lot more willing to solve a problem? All these guys had to do was be reasonable, but that was too much for them. The lesson here is that if it's not in someone's best interest to admit their mistake, the next best course of action is to make that mistake their problem. For another fun one, here's the rural customer whose internet company refused to cancel their service and made them prove themselves wrong.
