The process of commuting to work is only made worse by having to deal with unforeseen transportation obstacles that can arise at a moment's notice. Maybe the bus is running late, too late. Maybe the Lyft ride that should've pulled up to rapidly whisk you away to your office has seemingly committed itself to driving as far as possible in the wrong direction. Or, maybe you've had an experience like this poor woman who had to deal with a cab driver who never should've had the gig in the first place.
