Dealing with an internet service provider is on of the most universally disliked experiences there is. Literally the best outcome is that you get sort-of reliable service for a price that's slightly more expensive than you expected. And cancelling service is almost always a nightmare. It's deliberately inconvenient, can be unnecessarily expensive, and is always a pain in the ass. For some more stupid bureaucracy, here's the time a company said they weren't getting documents until they received hundreds of copies.
