Just for a maddening moment, picture yourself caught in the frantic flow of a busy day during the workweek when suddenly you find yourself stuck behind a fellow human being who doesn't understand the simple inner-workings of a car wash. To say that this could drive one to the brink of insanity might be fair. Actually yeah, this would flat out suck, man. Hopefully, Karen was able to drive away from the experience with the knowledge necessary to not have that happen again.
