Seriously, that laser engraving was straight up twisted, man. It's no wonder the couple wanted the refund. The fact that the business refused to make good on that refund, and it was over $40 is pretty far out. Fortunately, the court was able to back that couple up, and they ended up getting a glorious $230 refund when it was all said and done.
