Clearly, the Orca was fascinated by that stand up paddle board. The fact that there happened to be a dude on it is besides the point. For all we know the Orca was investigating to see whether or not the paddle board was some kind of alien life form. For what it's worth, the Orca was very respectful and responsive the moment that the guy exclaimed, "AY!"
