‘You Better Come In to Work!’ : Entitled Nepo-Baby Boss Attempts to Force Employee to Work on PTO and Paternity Leave, Leading To Calculated Malicious Compliance That Even the Boss's Dad Couldn’t Get Him Out Of


When you're an entitled 22-year-old 'Nepo-Baby' manager, it's likely you won't know what the significance of having a kid is. This boss in particular really had it out for his employee who was having a baby, as he continuously denied him PTO, for the entirety of September, when the employee's wife was due to give birth. The employee in question was fed up, and decided to maliciously comply, sending in a request for PTO and paternity leave in October — which was approved by the night manager, and the scheduling manager — just not THAT manager.

October rolled around, and the employee's boss pulled a Pikachu face, shocked at how his employee would dare take so much time off to be with his newborn kid and his recovering wife. I mean, how dare he want to take care of his family? Unbelievable. His boss didn't take it well, and decided to harass the employee to no end, leaving no choice but for the employee to maliciously comply even more.
