"You're in charge," they said. "It'll be fun," they said. Yet somehow, it resulted in this embarrassing mess — who the heck authorized it? Who can we blame? There is always someone at fault. Alas, people make mistakes — some of them are just worse than others. Sure, if we held a contest, there would certainly be winners (who would actually be losers). 'But aren't we all just doing our best? Who are you to judge someone else's mistakes?'

Plus, to be fair - some of these design fails caused a lot of inconvenience for a lot of people. So yeah, I'm here to tell you - some very stupid people work at very important jobs.
