History And Mythology Memes That Still Aren't A Great Substitute For Reading

In order to know what's going on, it's important to have a greater contextual understanding of the world before we were living in it. Every social precedent we set for ourselves is built on something that came before, and learning about history can broaden your horizons and set you on a more complete path to self-actualization. But that's if you really sit down and read about history. What this is is a whole lot of references to Henry VIII, the weirdness of the Romans, and a whole ton of junk pertaining to Greek mythology to boot.

So if you weren't paying attention in 7th grade history, you might be at a loss here. And if you love history and read it all the time, you're probably going to "well actually" yourself into a hole. But for most of us who can read but don't like to, these kinds of history memes for the ages are a nice mix of stupid junk, and references that make us feel smart to get.

History, it's a good time.
