CEO Tells App Development Team to "Go Work Somewhere Else" if They Want to Work From Home, So They Do

The general landscape of the modern work environment necessitates a greater amount of flexibility from employers than it ever has. As u/R_Jay101 puts it in the comments of this post, "The WFH pandora's box has been opened and there is no closing it."

So, when the CEO of u/Icerman's company insisted that the app development team work from the office, without exception, there was bound to be some trouble. He sealed the deal when he had the misfortune of uttering "If you want to work from home, go work somewhere else" which prompted an exodus of developers doing exactly that.
