There's nothing worse than an entitled toolbag who thinks they can just rock up at whatever time they please and receive immediate assistance from a business that operates on scheduled servicing. 

You can immediately tell who these people are going to be and they absolutely love to kick off at you once you ask them to schedule in ahead of time.

It's every owner/manager's fantasy to get a chance at this interaction. Gotta love it when those delivering a service get a chance to one-up the toolbags who try to take advantage of their business. Like this female mechanic who was facing a sexist client
