Is 24-hour access to root beer worth having to pay out the ass for an ambulance? Debatable. On the one hand, hesitating to call an ambulance could result in the loss of someone's life. But on the other hand, root beer is pretty good dude. It's strange how some things just do or don't catch on in one place or another, and which things people wish they had, like these peculiar things non-Americans like about America.
