It seems like this "coach" didn't like the idea of another qualified professional being able to give coworkers direction within their job, and decided that things like "help" and "advice" aren't acceptable in the workplace. To everyone's complete and utter surprise, that wasn't a very good idea, and this coach had to find another team. For another fun one, here's a manager who demanded all personal phone calls go through them.
