Talk about petty hostility and unwarranted aggression.
It's a shame that so many people that think this is ok find themselves in middle-management positions. Probably because we so often misattribute cruelty with 'strength'. Also probably because the people who possess the same traits and sociopathic tendencies see themselves in these lousy human beings.
This piece of work is right up there with the manager who threatened a guy's job... who was already quitting.
