This guy made his cheating ex-girlfriend and her new lover question their entire reality with the psychological warfare that he waged upon them. Imagine being so psyched out by these random noises that you're hearing that you start to wonder about your own sanity. I can only imagine it's like when your smoke detector gets a low battery and starts "chirping" in the middle of the night at maddening intervals that would be enough to make a captured spy give up everything they knew.
This has to be one of the most intense revenge stories of the year and is an absolute goldie of a read.
