I'm imagining a house that is absolutely covered in Christmas lights like the Griswold residence. With so many lights on it that you would be instantly blinded if you look at it.
If it's anything other than that this HOA Karen is an absolute grinch.
There's no way she has any right to tell this guy what to do, especially since he isn't even a part of her HOA. She's just looking for something to get upset over so that she can wave her false authority around.
At least we have her to thank for creating this hilariously ridiculous scenario.
