There are a few basic rules with loaning money. One rule is to never loan more than what can live with never getting back. Another one is about never loaning money to family. Also don't take out a loan to buy something that you don't actually need. This dude broke all the rules before even getting to the part that he loaned someone money that wasn't even his.
