Childcare Worker Gives Her Parents A Much-Needed Reality Check After They Criticize Her Line of Work, Prompts Ire From Siblings

There seems to be this constant desire from parents to funnel their kids into STEM careers. I don't think any of us are surprised that those careers aren't for everyone and often aren't even the best way to support yourself and make a living. 

This childcare worker's parents were utterly determined to put down her work until she hit them with the hard truth of just how much she earns. They clearly didn't see that one coming. You can really tell her parents are AH's when they immediately turn to admonishing their other children instead of the OP and cause the siblings to take out the stress from this unwanted attention on their sister.  

We saw another AITA post from a childcare worker recently when a babysitter had to call the cops on the mother when she was abandoned with the children.
