So in a moment of terrific judgement, this dude's ex took her dog to an animal shelter thinking she was gaming the system on free dog care. Predictably, a dog like hers was adopted instantly. It's looking like the only reason this dude even knows this happened is cause she needed someone to blame. Hopefully that dog is with a nicer owner.
