You just never know if you're going to end up in the crossfires of a terribly entitled parent. This mom sounds like she was a whole handful. Honestly though, it seems like her horrific performance at the restaurant was for the best for everyone else involved. Besides the poor employees that had to put up with her toxic behavior, of course.
