Neighbors are great. Where else do you get a chance to interact with cranky people whose only common interest is the physical space they're forced to exist in? The beautiful thing about apps like Nextdoor is that we get to peer into the complex innerworkings of the mind of the guy on your corner who stands there with the hose for hours, seemingly unaware that the water is off. Neighbors can get wild.
