It's hard to explain technology to someone even when they're actively trying to understand what's going on. But take some ignorance, maybe add a little bit of entitlement throw in a helping of utter fear and you've got yourself a recipe for someone who's not ready for a new computer monitor. People are naturally resistant to learning, but it doesn't have to get as bad as this company that plugged every ethernet cable into their router at random or this man who assumed that a literal fire was a feature of his computer.
