Tech support really has their work cut out for them. Far too many people in this mad world seemingly turn their brains off when it comes to employing minimal levels of common sense to navigate various aspects of the world of technology. In this case, we don't even know where to start. The fact that this customer repeatedly vocalized concerns over their package missing a key ingredient -- the dongle -- and never considered the possibility that an unopened package would most definitely have it.... is pretty unreal.
