It's never a good idea to get on the wrong side of a service worker... Especially in a situation where they hold immense power over your experience.

We've all probably been in a situation like this where we have to put up with people acting the fool in public and it's frustrating when you can't do anything about it. Even more so when you are the service worker and have to keep wearing that smile since "The customer is always right." 

Well this entitled individual was more right than he knew and certainly more right than he wished that he was. Props to the flight attendant in this situation for delivering that sweet taste of subtle justice.

It's always satisfying to see this pulled off well.
