People that have the daunting audacity to tamper with complicated systems that they absolutely don't understand can end up creating some literal waking nightmares for tech support. I mean, you've got to wonder with terrified fascination what was going through these people's heads when they went ahead and unplugged all of those ethernet cables without noting where they would then need to be properly plugged back in. Really, the only outcome seemed like it was going to be a panicked call out to tech support.
