They say that we only use 10% percent of our brainpower at any given time. The reality of this is that we totally can use 100% of our brain at once, but it's called "having a stroke." Long story short, it's safer to use less brain at any given time. And these folks, with their goofs, blunders and facepalm moments, were about as safe as it gets. For some straight up dumbness, here are facepalm moments made possible by the brutally stupid.
