Cheaters are the worst. Amidst all of their dishonest antics it seems as if they've selfishly deluded themselves to such an extent that they never take the time to consider that all of their immoral games are going to catch up with them at one point or another. In this case, we have a nasty habitual cheater of an ex who has the audacity to try and land their partner with the phone bill. Well, suffice to say, it didn't work out for them at all. Hopefully they learned their lesson, and change their ways.
