Oh boy did the moral judges of Reddit's AITA community let this guy have it. Basically, he had the audacity to crack a mean-spirited joke about his girlfriend's food/drink choices right in front of her, to the very person that she already didn't dislike. To say that she didn't take too kindly to his decision would be an understatement. The dude straight up messed up. Really, all that's left for him to do is to apologize for his lapse in judgement and not go for the repeat performance.
