Apparently catching a trout or salmon in deep cold water can cause its swim bladder to inflate, and in order for it to reenter the water safely, the air in it needs to get "burped" out. That's like, the actual recommended thing to do. So here's a dude letting the air escape before safely releasing it back into the wild.
