Unfortunately, far too many of us have come to the sobering realization that we've ended up sharing a neighborhood or apartment building with an absolute waking nightmare of a neighbor. Some people really just go out of their way to meddle in the affairs of people that they have no business complaining to in the first place. Like, these neighbors were just being respectful human beings living their lives. However, apparently all of the conversations that were occurring on their own property were enough to ignite the rage of a neighbor who quite simply expected nothing short of absolute silence from everyone and anyone living nearby.
