It sounds like Brittany wasn't remembering things as clearly as the owner regarding her horse boarding. There's always intrigue to be had when there's a second more detailed side to things, like this lying Karen who got decimated by the owner's response or this male Karen who got his reckoning when he didn't believe a tattoo shop owner. But mostly, poor horse having to deal with all this garbage behavior.
