It's everyone's nightmare that some foreign object will find itself in their path while speeding down the freeway, and it's a common enough occurrence that fears of it happening are completely founded. This guy says that the tire was rolled onto the freeway by some guy, which is just about the stupidest cause for any serious accident. Luckily he was able to walk away from it.
