Customer Adds Service To Their Account, Doesn't Want To Pay For It, Doesn't Want It Removed


You've really got to hand it to those folks working in the world's call centers. They're on the frontlines of dealing with all kinds of crazy, irrational, grossly entitled customers. It's stories like the one we have here that should serve as a solid reminder to always exercise respect and patience with any employees working in call centers. You can only imagine how frustrating their days have been.
