Our hearts truly go out to anyone who is working a customer service job, and has to deal with an onslaught of ferociously entitled, wildly irrational customers who just want to out their rage on whoever exists on the other end of the phone line. In this case though, the call center employee was fortunately able to clap back against the belligerent customer by giving them exactly what they asked for, which resulted in a whole lot of time being wasted.
